Statement Regarding Recent ALLPCB Orders from Japan
ALLPCB issues the following statement regarding a recent matter affecting a limited number of orders from Japan.
Recently, due to an unexpected technical error in our internal order review system, certain orders from Japan experienced unintended restrictions and processing delays. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this situation may have caused. We fully understand the concern this created and deeply appreciate the patience and trust shown by our customers during this time.
ALLPCB respects and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. We fully acknowledge and support the requirements outlined in Announcement No. 1 issued by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China on January 6, 2026. The scope of this announcement is limited to military end users, military purposes, and other end uses that may contribute to military capabilities. ALLPCB remains firmly committed to lawful operations and to serving the global civilian electronics market.
In this instance, an internal system identification error resulted in controls being applied beyond their intended scope. Upon identification of the issue, immediate corrective actions were taken. All normal order processing for non military and civilian use has now been fully restored. ALLPCB has conducted a comprehensive review of its internal systems and approval procedures. Additional safeguards have been implemented to ensure accurate enforcement of regulatory requirements and to maintain service stability.
