Dear Customers,
As the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival are approaching, to ensure smooth production and shipping arrangements, please kindly note the following holiday schedule and logistics arrangements.
Holiday Arrangement
Please note that ALLPCB's online ordering system will remain operational during the National Day & Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday. Orders placed during the holiday period will be scheduled for production once the factories resume operations.
Factory Closure Time: October 1st – 3rd, and October 6th ( Please arrange your orders in advance to avoid any delay.)
Logistics Arrangements
DHL
- September 27 (Sat.) pickup is adjusted to September 28 (Sun.).
- September 30 will be the last working day before the holiday. Pickup cutoff time will be adjusted to 5:00 PM.
- October 1 – 6: No pickup service.
- October 7 – 8: On-duty pickup service available.
FedEx
- September 27 (Sat.) pickup is adjusted to September 28 (Sun.).
- September 30 will be the last working day before the holiday. Order processing & shipping cutoff time will be 8:00 AM.
- October 1 – 6: No pickup service.
- October 7 – 8: On-duty pickup service available.
Important Reminders
- Please place orders in advance to avoid shipping delays.
- The ALLPCB website remains open 24/7 for order placement. Orders will be arranged immediately after the holiday.
- Customer support will still be available online for basic assistance.
