An old father, but energetic PCB worker
I am a new member in ALLPCB.com. Today I go to our factory and meet a PCB worker by chance. He looks very ordinary, but leaving me a deep impression through a short conversation.
I: "I heard that you are in charge of board cutting for more than 20 years. Are you tired of repetitively working?"
Worker: "Not yet. Board cutting requires being precious and rigorous, and you need to take responsibility for your work. I also want our PCBs loved by the world. “He smiles and seems very proud of his work.
I: "It is not easy to carry on, how can you make that?" I asked.
Worker: "I treasure the working opportunity offered by our company, leaders and colleagues here are kind and friendly, I like working with them."
I: "But how can you keep working for so long?" I asked again.
Worker: "Everyone struggles diligently in ALLPCB. I am merely much older than others, not much difference!"
I think this is also why I join in ALLPCB.com.
I: "Fathers' Day is coming. Will you celebrate it with your family?"
Worker: "Not sure, actually, having a meal as usual with my family is enough for me.”
I believe there are still many other fathers insisting on their positions in ALLPCB. Their endeavors make what ALLPCB is now! With all the workers’ support, including me, ALLPCB will be better and better.
