Q: What will happen to the production of ALLPCB next year?

A: Next year, all production factors can be customized, and customers can customize production for plates, inks, and processes according to their own needs. It can even reverse production, just need to provide product demand to ALLPCB, and ALLPCB realizes the supply of production demand.

Q: What will be the increase in capacity next year?

A: The PCB production capacity will be 1 million㎡next year. After the second phase of the prototype project is started, the prototype layer will be increased from 6 to 12; in terms of components, the 6000 ㎡ component automated warehouse built will cover 40w + varieties; SMT, 10 production lines will be built next year, and SMT prototype will be controlled at about 100 RMB. Further realize PCB, SMT, BOM with a single line of services, next year will focus on industrial layout. In terms of aluminum substrates, the monthly output value is expected to be 20w㎡. Regardless of the size of the single panel, there are only two delivery periods, 24h and 48h. In addition, next year we will introduce third parties, banks or institutions to improve the issue of billing periods and provide quality accounts for quality customers.

A: Yes, next year the production line will widen the width and depth of the process. After capacity sharing, the production line will be more flexible and can even accept single processes such as semi-finished products and electroplating.
