The Visual alignment system rejects the components. We have manually measured and also got the system to measure the components but it still rejects them. The only way we can place them is to turn off the visual alignment. Can anyone help? </div> <div class="e_p"> Also while I am here we have a problem with the placement of 0402 components. The machine is specified to place them, which it does, but the feeders move two components at a time, again we have programmed the feeders to move their minimum amount.
