It's not hard to go fancy. In the gerber step, intersect your two rectangles with a circular pad to remove the extra copper.

You can draw arcs where you want them and then delete the circle.

Are those copper areas are pads? If yes, there is no concave outline definitions for pads. You have to approximate it with several smaller pads.
