When the PCB is short-circuit, can I use it now?

I wanted to measure the voltage on a opened Senseo but after the most idiotic move I shorted out the circuit. Now except from the black stuff I can't really determine any damaged components. Now my question is, is it wise to keep on using this PCB?

I think that you are treading a dangerous path for people who do not have enough electronics experience.

I think you have the ability to repair this unit. But my concern is that you are connecting devices that eventually connect to other devices.
