solder stencil thickness

I need a solder stencil for a PCB, and was wondering what material and thickness to use. The smallest pads are on a 127 QFN package. Because this is so small, I have problem to choose the suitable thickness and material of the stencil.

You can use stainless steel material, and the thickness could be 0.1mm, 0.12mm, 0.15mm, 0.2mm etc as you like.
