The price is reasonable or not?

PCB manufacturing ExpressPCB
ExpressPCB charges me $70 per board for PCB manufacturing after I design a 2 layer board with the design software downloaded from it. I wonder the price is reasonable or not? If NOT, any recommended PCB manufacturer can accept .sch and .pcb format.
