I just spent about half an hour trying to cut through a PCB with a hacksaw. This is really tough to me. What is the best way to cut pcb board? Or what is the correct tool to cut PCB material,finally getting a nice straight line?

It just depends on the design. Sometimes just a box cutter and snapping it over a hard edge is all I need for straight cuts.

The first thing I should mention is safety.Hacksaw is what I usually use. I leave 50mils between board edges.

Don't use tinsnips, crap goes everywhere and you may ruin the edge of the board.
