Our company is currently looking to implement a SMT production line. What I am looking for is feedback on people's experiences with various machines. Here's what we are in the market for: Low/Mid volume 3,000+cph machine that can handle high job flexibility Our jobs would require that the machine has~100 8mm feeder capability, run small batches sequentially and be capable of reading barcode or labeling product. The board will be mixed technology and the most difficult part will be an SOIC. The parts will be glued and wavesoldered. The machines currently under consideration(in no particular order) are: Philips Quad Mydata Contact Systems Universal Any feedback will be appreciated.
