What are the difference of gerber top pad master and gerber bottom pad master for production?

The extension of the gerber top pad master is .GPT, and the bottom pad master is with the extension .GPB. Both incude pads information on their respective layer on the circuit board.

Altium designer tool generates these files. And these Gerber files are used for PCB manufacturing.
