Hi Experts,
Understand from my friends, PTH crystal can get damage easily when subject to vibration or heat..For example, if crystal drop from table to floor, its internal part already damage @ crack which cannot be seen by eye.
Besides, they also told me if we want to de-soldering PTH crystal, our soldering iron temperature should not too high or soldering time should not too long, or else its internal solder can get melt and lead to open....Is that true?? If yes, what precaution that I should take note..
