Suggestions
We have an application where an assembly has to be residue (flux) free except for 2 SMT non washable parts. Currently those parts are post wash hand adds but the product volume is exploding. We want to run those parts in SMT, mask them using an auto dispenser, run through DI wash (Aqueous Tech equipment), remove mask.
We're using a PCS product for general wave solder masking and it's a great product but not meant to survive a wash process (we've tested that).
Is there a material out there that fits the bill?
