Suggestions
We have a customer inquiry that requires PCB assemblies to be cleaned to J-STD-001 / -004 class 3. We use both water based and no clean process chemistry. No clean flux residues are not permitted and would therefore have to be cleaned. My question is would our spray in air in line water wash or immersion aqueous wash be capable of cleaning to the required level or should we consider investing in a solvent based system.
