Nagging "overlap error" in Eagle

I have one single via with a nasty error. I think it was originally caused by me messing around with subsequent placing then deleting a via. Can anyone giveme any help?

What you only need to do is going into the edit menu and select name to rename a polygon.

I often get two viss on tip of each other. You can move or delete to see what is under neath the via.

You can select the I tool and click near the lower left corner of a polygon to see the signal name. Any signal named "GND" will be connected together. Edit "name" to change the signal name if necessary.
