hi, NEMI recommends separate solders for reflow soldering and wave soldering. Reflow soldering- Sn-3.9Ag-0.7Cu Wave soldering- Sn-0.7CU Wave soldering- Sn-0.7Ag What will happen if a mixed technology PCB board containing both through hole and surface mount components is used. WIll the manufacturers use two different solders...also how will the board handle two different solders if they are to be used like that.
