Suggestions
Hi all, hope everyone in the forum id doing fine and working diligently toward RoHS capability. One of my customers have asked me (my company) to recommend a lead-free laminate. us being a CEM, have no idea of design variables (df, dk etc., (process variables we have good handle on Tg, Td etc.,)
are there any resources out there which can help me put together a informed answer (pretty much telling them that laminate choice is in their court)
