Is it possible to switching unit from mm to mil in PCB layout?

I always use 'mil' unit in Altium and Orcad, so when comes from Kicad, the first thing I do is looking for place to change the default unit to 'mil'. But I found that the unit can be switching between inch and mm, I am wondering whether it can be changed to mil as well?

Native file units are always mm to a precision of 1 micron. If you can display inch, display of mil is a small change.

It is justhh to suggest a general move away from imperial to metric. The manufacturers have done it.

You can click "Preferences->General" to change the units. But what you can choose are only inch or mm, mil is inches. 1 mil = 0.001 inch.
