How to decide the capacitor drill and pad size?

capacitor drill pad size

The lectrolyte capacitor hole diameter is 0.6mm, what the drill hole size and pad outer size should I decide?

Can you give us a datasheet link for reference?

For hole size, I usually make 0.1mm bigger for PTH devices from the wire diameter. And pad size I will want a 0.5mm wide copper around the hole.
