How to Correct NETLIST Problems in Altium Designer 6.6

pcb design PCB schematic

When I use altium designer 6.6，I find one pin of the IC connected to GND in schematic，but not connected on PCB.Then，I updated PCB from schematic，but there is no mistake，and also not shown in DRC.I hope someone can give me a explain how to correct NETLIST problems like this type and why this error happens.

Maybe you can delete GND from scm and PCB first，then add it again.After that，you update PCB from schematic.

I think you can review in the panel of Design Rule Inspector to have a try.
