Should I drill the mounting holes first with the cnc so as to create the mounting holes before transfering the image to the copper board?

You can print both sides on one sheet of paper and fold it in half lining up fiduciary markers using a backlight, then put the board in between and run thru the hot laminator.

I think it shouldn't be that hard to align the board after etching. How big are the pads and the holes?
