DXF file

I'm trying to import a DXF for a board outline. I tried the simple.dxf file and it show up as expected in the layout as a rectangle 1.2" x 2.3". The file I have should be approx. 1.8" x 1.7". When I import that file the board outline shows up super tiny. I'm assuming something is not setup correctly in my DXF file. But I don't know what is the real reason.
