Category:PCB Panelization
The purpose of panelization is to secure PCB boards during manufacturing, shipping and assembly processes while making their separation as painless as possible.Panelization can be as simple as a rectangular board tab routed. Or, it can be as complex as a panel filled with combination jump v-score / routed rounded polygons.
I have a 2-up panel measuring about 8" x 8" with a score for depanel throuch the middle. I see warping after reflow of the panel (bending in/about score line). The board is not framed (i.e., supported...(view more)
Normally the pcb board is showed as single Pcs in drawing after design, however, pcb manufacturer won't always make PCB as single pcs in the production, because usually PCB assembly process require pa...(view more)
Some PCB production houses – Seeed Studio and itead studio, especially – allow you to upload a gerber file and receive a printed circuit board very inexpensively. The pricing structure for these board...(view more)
Panelization is a must-have with the consideration of PCB manufacturing efficiency. On the one hand, panelization leads to the improvement of PCB manufacturing efficiency so that lead time can be redu...(view more)
