MILPITAS, CA — FCT Assembly announces that it has received the official International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) registration from the US Department of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs. This registration documents the company’s dedication to adhering to the regulations that control the export and import of defense-related articles and services on the United States Munitions List. ITAR regulations were designed to control the information and materials of military-related technologies and ensure that military technologies are only shared with US persons unless approval from the Department of State is received via a special exemption.
