In the PCB manufacturing, quality control, or QC for short, is a process by which entities review the quality of all factors involved in production. ISO 9000 defines quality control as "A part of quality management focused on fulfilling quality requirements". Finished products need to be inspected before delivery, called OQC, out quality control. Only in this way can we achieve the goal of 100% customer satisfaction and zero complaint. But do you know what aspects you should check in out quality control?
1. Inspection of package
When in the inspection of package, you need to pay attention to whether the packing is firm and meets the shipping requirements.
2. Inspection of PCBs’ identification
Whether trademark lot is correct or Packaging logo is complete is a question before delivery, like corresponding model, coding, production cycle and other information logo.
3. Inspection of PCB boards’ appearance
Of course, you must detect whether the appearance is in damage, cracking, or scratches. Rough appearance of PCB boards will allow purchasers feel that the quality of PCB board is not good.
4. Functional testing of PCBs
Finally, the most important test must be functional detection. As a functional PCB board, if the circuit is open or short, it means that this board cannot be used. Thus, before shipment, don’t forget the functional testing of PCBs, which will seriously affect whether buyers will buy again.
